Today, my sister and my parents are working on gathering paperwork. It is amazing what needs to be done in times like this. Nancy and our family are so thankful to the kind contributions of people who have given to the fund set up at Nancy's church. It has been so wonderful as these contributions have helped in some important ways.
Pray for Nancy as she meets with a financial counselor next week. Pray for wisdom to know what financial steps to take and finding a way to help the resources she currently has now to stretch over the years. She also asked for prayer for patience with the kids.

thank you so much for the updates- I check the blog regularly and it's great knowing how to pray specifically for Nancy and the kids. I can't imagine how stressful it must be having to deal with all the financial and insurance stuff, on top of grieving and parenting the kids alone. I will continue to pray for God's grace and wisdom for her!
